I went in to get a nose job
And my God!
This is by no means what I expected
I woke up in the doctors office
Only to be shocked and in dismay as to what they had erected
Was this some kind of sick joke?
Oh-my God!
What did the doctor smoke?!

I'm a freak
A monstrosity
Out of my nose is where I take a leak
And as for my love life
There is now woman I can find who will take pity
It's pointless to even seek

I had to move far, far away
To a place where there's no one around
No bustling streets
Not a single sound
In the middle of nowhere I'm afraid I shall stay
Solemn and lonesome it is everyday

But strangely enough, as I thought to myself
This truly is an odd place for a toilet I have found
If only there were a wall to hang me a shelf
Instead it sits here in the middle of nowhere
Atop this singular mound
And this plant that appears to be dying
I'll plant in the ground
Horticulture could be OK
No, realizing how truly awful this is…
Vacantly sighing
With a blank stare
In isolation I must stay
Because of this cosmetic nightmare
