HOLE IN THE HEAD

Holly Holster was born with a hole in her head
And to partially compensate for any wind tunnel like chill
She grew her hair very, very long
Wrapping it around her naked body just as her mother had said
All to be wrapped in a coat of hair while remaining perfectly still
For she came from a bizarre family that believed clothing was devilishly wrong
Because with fabric on no one can truly be free
But with a hole in the head
Why was she not dead?
Did Holly have a brain?
Questions such as these did not matter
They were inane
For what most do not see
Is that when you listen carefully to Holly on a windy day
The hole in her head makes the most wonderful of song
